Amaranto Bistrot can be found right on the bridge next to the Porta Reale (Royal Gate), just outside the walls of Finalborgo, one of the most beautiful towns in Italy.

We have given a personal and original look and feel to our bistrot where you can breathe our passion for art and for the nice things in life.
At the Amaranto Bistrot you can sip many specialities, from the craft beers, natural biodynamic and Triple “A” (Agriculture, Artisan & Artist) wines, as well as taste the dishes prepared in our kitchen, mostly prepared using seasonal ingredients and with the flair of our chef Isa.
The Amaranto Bistrot’s menu offers traditional Ligurian dishes, at times revisited in a creative key, with world culture influences.

Amaranto Bistrot is also a location for events and contemporary art exhibitions and often hosts musicians that accompany your magical evenings in this splendid medieval walled town.
