We opened Sotto il Santo Spaghetteria in Finalborgo, in the large central square, in 1994 and since then we have always been working with passion to propose pasta dishes for all tastes and requirements. We are specialized in first courses with different types of pasta, from fresh to wholemeal, kamut, spelt and finally gluten-free pasta for people with intolerance. We freshly prepare a wide range of condiments and sauces among the most popular ones, to ensure freshness and healthiness. Our delicious daily handmade cakes are authentic delicacies, a proposal which can hardly be refused. What really matters to us is the satisfaction of our customers thanks to our genuine and affordable dishes.
